The 10th Annual Leadership Forum is an exclusive, complimentary, and “By-Invitation-Only” event for senior executives (C-suites, VPs, and Senior Directors) from the Chicagoland area. This is an opportunity to network and interact with senior executives facing similar challenges implementing strategic initiatives.

Hear the CEO view and engage in Panel discussions with Top Level Executives, sharing techniques and real examples of management practices leading to success.

The theme selected is Talent Management for Strategic Initiatives.

Talent Management: Powering Strategic Initiatives in the PMO

Researched in collaboration with PwC, this capstone report quantifies the challenges, practices, processes and disconnects of business leaders and human resources functions.

The reference papers are the latest in the PMI Thought Leadership Series focused on how talent management impacts project practitioners and in turn, the successful implementation rate of strategic initiatives.

Projects and programs are the core of any organization’s strategic initiatives — they are how change happens. Having the talent to implement those initiatives gives organizations a competitive advantage to navigate through change. Excellence in managing the talent unlocks that capability.

If you are interested in attending, please Request Registration to ask for an invite to this event. Seating is limited, so register early. Breakfast and lunch will be served.
