Kari Mirabal, The Connection Coach, leads you to People, Opportunity, and Profit. She is a former IT recruiting company owner who challenges audiences to leverage the power of connection to build (and maintain) powerful professional networks. Kari shares networking and business strategies and helps audiences shift intention into action with simple, easy to apply steps. Kari shares networking knowledge gathered from over 15+ years of business experience yet also explains how she was once held captive by her own networking fear. She enjoys teaching others how to “network smart” and provides insights for how to push past fear to connect with confidence. Kari is on a mission to create a movement of people all inspired by the power of connection

He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® and a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI)®. In addition, he is the host of The People and Projects Podcast which provides interviews and insights to help listeners lead people and deliver projects

Michael Milutis
Michael Milutis is an entrepreneur, writer, learning and development practitioner, marketing strategist, keynote speaker and Director/Creator of the IT Metrics & Productivity Institute (ITMPI), an online consortium of over 250 experts from around the world who are dedicated to the promotion of best practices education in software development and IT project management and who serve the IT project management community through enhanced knowledge and professional development. In 2016, the Institute launched "The Great IT Professional" – a mobile app that puts over 1000+ hours of PMP oriented education (and unlimited PDUs) in the palm of your hand. It was the first mobile app of its kind in the world of project management. Michael also speaks around the world and offers coaching and consulting in the areas of human capital development and peak performance management. Since 1997 he has worked in enterprise strategy and new business development for Computer Aid (CAI), an international IT services firm. Michael is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
