From Project Management to Management Leadership - If you follow the argument that all leaders are born but they are not born leaders, then you will enjoy this discussion on what catapults great Project Managers into becoming great Management Leaders!

In this session, Steve Pieczko will drive a discussion on the attributes of great leaders and how great Project Managers can develop into great Management Leaders.
