Topic:    Do Your Project Team Members Work Well Together? Build a More Productive Team through Understanding Each Other.

Managing teams requires strong interpersonal and soft skills. This doesn’t always come naturally – particularly for technical professionals.  Attendees of this session will learn:

  • How behavioral tendencies affect your work style and interactions with others
  • How to determine the behavioral styles of other team members
  • How to communicate and interact with team members who have different styles
  • Key behavioral changes required to move from technical roles into project management
  •

Registered attendees will receive an invitation to complete a complimentary DISC Behavioral Assessment. This knowledge sharing session will be highly interactive and provide learning that can immediately be put into practice.
