About the Presenter:  Andrew Soswa is an engaged and collaborative Project Manager with 15+ years’ experience in managing in waterfall, Agile and matrix methodologies.

He is a life-long learner and actively maintains PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CSP, Agile Trainer and many other certifications and credentials. He believes that education, training, and certifications are blocks to build a solid knowledge as a springboard from a practitioner to a master level.

He has volunteered for PMI Chicagoland Chapter since 2009 and Toastmasters since 2010. At PMI Chicagoland, Andrew was recognized as part of Best Team award in 2009-2010. The recognition motivated Andrew to step in year after year in multiple Directors and VP positions. Andrew considers volunteering a vital role in his continuous improvement path.

Andrew work full-time at Bradford and also serves as a Managing Director of Blue Ocean Workshops, a firm specializing in delivering quality, cost-effective, hands-on training and workshops to business professionals.
