Biography of the Speaker
Andrea's 22-year, field-tested background provides unique, applicable approaches to creating more customer-centric organizations. A 4-time ADDY® award-winner, she began her career at a tech startup, and led the strategic marketing and sales efforts at two global manufacturers. Andrea is the CEO of Prag'madik, a Customer-Centric Operations Consultancy.
Andrea has authored two books and over 200 articles, which have appeared in a variety of publications including Industry Week, Metals & Manufacturing Outlook, Global Manufacturing, and Manufacturing Business Technology, to name a few.
Her first book, "No Disruptions", provides manufacturing leaders an easy, educational read on how to increase revenue and improve competitiveness through marketing, branding, and effective technology implementation. Her second book, "The Customer Mission", released in August 2018, discusses an innovative, new approach to building and sustaining a customer-centric organization.
In addition to writing, consulting and coaching, Andrea speaks to leaders and industry organizations around the world on customer-centricity, innovation and differentiation.

It’s all too easy for organizations to become inward focused and think about their own activities rather than what their customers are going through.
