Worked for Allstate Insurance Company for over 36 years in both Toronto (Canada) Headquarters and Northbrook (U.S.) Headquarters. Joined PMI in 2002 and has been an active Chicagoland Chapter volunteer leader since 2007. Ura is enthusiastic and passionate about volunteering and developing new leaders and changemakers of the future. Currently Ura is the VP Business Outreach serving her 4th term on the PMI Chicagoland Board

Gayatri Kalluri, PMP, DASM

Vice President, Marketing and Communications – Gayatri Kalluri

Comes with close to 20 years of Information Technology & Management Consulting experience.  Specializes in Data Management, Business Intelligence & Analytics and remains a strong advocate for all aspects and styles of Project Management. Joined PMI in 2011 and has been a Chicagoland chapter volunteer since 2016.  Gayatri served as Director of Member Analysis and VP of Finance during her volunteering tenure for the chapter. Gayatri strives for accountability and transparency in her chapter interactions and is keen on developing our volunteer leader pool and upholding the Servant Leadership Model. Currently Gayatri is the VP of Finance serving her 3rd term on the PMI Chicagoland Board.

Susmita Sharma, PMP, DASSM, CSM, PSM 1, SAFe 5, CATC

Vice President, Professional Development – Susmita Sharma

Seasoned project management professional specializing in delivering small to medium IT projects and programs in housing, financial, retail, and technology industries in the waterfall, SAFe, Kanban, and agile frameworks. I have been working with PMI and the Chicagoland chapter since 2016 as an active volunteer. Served as a volunteer for PM Symposium, Mentor-Mentee program, Sponsorship PM as well as Chief of Staff, Business Outreach. Currently, serving as Director, Professional Development and successfully hosting breakfast meetings, lunch & learn meetings, and workshops/training programs since 2020. 

Andrew Soswa, PMP

Vice President, Business Outreach – Andrew Soswa

Andrew is a Transformational Leader with 20+ years’ experience in business, project, and change management. He directed project portfolios, IT, and business teams while implementing business solutions for retail, financial, transport, and Big 5 Consulting enterprises. Andrew joined PMI Chicagoland chapter in 2009 and, among several rank-and-file positions, he led teams as a Director of Programs, VP Operations, VP Education, and VP Technology. His major accomplishments are founding PMI Chicagoland Toastmasters club and New Member Orientation program.

Anjali Moré, PMP, DASM

Vice President, Membership – Anjali Moré

Currently working for Abbott, Anjali has over twenty years of experience in Program, Portfolio and Project Management. Her project management expertise covers complex programs and portfolios in Information Technology, Supply Chain and Marketing, working for major corporations in Chicagoland. Anjali got her PMP in 2004 and started volunteering with PMI Chicagoland in 2009, when she won the Volunteer of the Year Award. She served as Director of Public Relations and Director of Member Analysis.  After a brief break in Anjali rejoined the chapter in 2019 when she served as Director of Career Development. Her team successfully hosted a job fair, several networking events and the annual Career Conference. In 2020 Anjali's team quickly adapted to the Covid world and organized a very successful virtual job fair. Anjali is the current VP of Membership where she provides oversight to the Mentoring, Volunteers, Member Relations, Member Analysis and Knowledge Sharing teams. 

Rob Roque, PMP

Vice President, Technology – Rob Roque

Rob is the Technology Services Manager for the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA).  He has over 25 years of project management experience primarily assisting public sector organizations to select and implement ERP solutions.  He has also written several articles about the use of technology in the public sector.  Rob has been a member of PMI and the PMI Chicagoland Chapter since 2004 and has been volunteering with the Chicagoland Chapter since 2015.  Rob is currently the Director of Technology – Website for the PMI Chicagoland Chapter.

Ravichandran Natarajan, PMP, DASSM

Vice President, Finance – Ravi Natarajan

Currently working as an Engagement Manager at Capgemini in Digital Customer Experience (DCX) Practice. Ravi has 16 years of experience in IT Program / Project Management. Specialized in Marketing Technology Stack. He has global experience and works with Global customers for their Digital Transformation program of projects. Ravi served as Project Manager of Executive Council during his volunteering tenure for the chapter. Joined PMI in 2005 and he has been a PMI Chicagoland volunteer since 2018. Ravi is currently the Director of Accounting serving his 2nd term in this position for the PMI Chicagoland Chapter.

Jim Fisher, PMP, CSM

Vice President, Operations – Jim Fisher

Currently a Management Consultant for Genesis10, Jim has 23 years of experience and insight in Project and Program management across Financial Services, Energy, Food Services, Healthcare, Telecommunication, Public Emergency Services and Automotive industries.  He joined PMI in 2005 and has been a Chicagoland chapter volunteer since 2017.  Currently, Jim is the VP of Operations serving his 1st term on the PMI Chicagoland Chapter.

Leonard (Len) Marchese PMP, DASM

Vice President, Community Outreach – Len Marchese

Currently, Len is the CEO & President of Kenechi, Inc. a nonprofit that helps at-risk, underserved youths and young adults achieve a more purposeful life. He is also the Founder of Rethink, Inc. which help clients think differently and create solutions that matter by applying his patented problem-solving method. Len is a recognized thought leader, speaker and mentor helping others reach their greatest potential. He joined PMI in 2007 and is dedicated to giving back to the profession through several volunteer activities. He is currently the Chapter’s Director of Social Outreach and PMIEF liaison.
