Dr. Prasad S. Kodukula, PMP, PgMP, DASM, DASSM, is a PMI Fellow, USA Today best-selling author, thought leader, coach, author, inventor, and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of professional experience. A global ambassador of project management, Prasad has lectured in nearly 50 countries and worked with 40 Fortune 100 companies (e.g., Abbott, BP, Caterpillar, Chrysler, Dow, IBM, JPMorgan Chase, Kraft, Motorola, Stryker, United Technologies). He is co-founder and CEO of two companies: Kodukula & Associates, Inc., a project management speaking and coaching company; and NeoChloris, Inc., a decarbonization and clean energy company. Abstract: Organizational transformation is not a destination anymore—it’s an endless journey. Organizations must transform themselves one way or another to stay alive, let alone thrive, to cope with constant change. As change is happening relentlessly, we must transform incessantly. Staying competitive means staying in a state of flux and going through a perpetual transformation. Today digital transformations have become ubiquitous. However, their success rate is dismal. We need next-generation leaders to lead these bold initiatives. My presentation will focus on key leadership skills required to lead organizational transformations in the post-Covid era. I propose to present these skills as six success secrets. Each secret will start with letters, P-L-E-A-S-E, respectively. The presentation will be suspenseful, as I reveal one successful secret at a time. Brimmed with relevant industry examples, it’ll highlight how certain leadership strategies are already being applied in leading organizations to achieve desired results. It’ll be an engaging presentation with audience participation. Involving the audience through interactive discussions, we’ll explore together how project managers can apply these secrets to their projects to achieve success.
