Earning PDUs
Maintaining your credentials is important. Every credential requires a specific number of Professional Development Units (PDUs) for recertification every five years. Since the requirements are different for each certification, be sure to review your certification(s) carefully. A common exception is the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)®, which has a three-year recertification requirement.
The breakdown of how PDUs may be earned is shown here (PDF).
PDUs must be submitted via the PMI Continuing Certification Requirements System
How to Submit PDUs in PMI's CCRS:
-
Log in to PMI CCRS
