Mangaiah (Manny) Garikapati

Mangaiah Garikapati is a Volunteer Director of Academic Outreach team at the PMI Chicagoland chapter, where Mangaiah coordinates chapter efforts in the advancement of the practice and profession of project management in local educational institutions, promoting awareness of PMI academic standards, and reinforcing the value of project management to students entering the corporate workforce as well as a life skill which can be used in all aspects of life and career. Mangaiah has 13+ years of professional experience leading complex projects in Infrastructure, Information Systems, Operations management, and implementation, both in business and educational sectors.

Abstract: No Code for Self-Serve Capability: As globalization becomes stronger and the change is happening at an even faster pace than yesterday’s, it is becoming very crucial for business units to adapt to the change and become agile. But their reliance on IT teams for even a simple form or process is creating a huge bottleneck for organizations to embrace the pace which calls for a better way of managing their technology needs through no-code apps which enables these business units to become self-serving and leave the IT teams for more complex and strategically important work.
