Nashunda Jewels Williams

Nashunda Williams is the JLLT Industrial Markets Business Partner, bringing technology advancements and insights to the Industrial sector for JLL. Nashunda also leads the JLLT Inclusion and Diversity efforts globally.

Nashunda began her career with Allstate Insurance Company in Northbrook, Illinois as a Network Operations Analyst. Her passion for improving processes and creating a high-performance environment led to her promotion as the technical Escalation Team Lead for all the Allstate agents across the country. Additionally, her passion for communication and leadership enabled her to conduct workshops for the Allstate Emerging Leader program as well as develop and lead culture transformation workshops for the Allstate Technology organization.

Nashunda transitioned in 2011 to work for CRSGroup as a Business Solutions Manager. In her role, she worked with companies such as McDonald’s, Hospira, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago to put together technology and resource solutions for her clients. This led her to receive the 2014 President’s Award for her outstanding contributions. In 2016, Nashunda joined JLL as a Technology Account manager and was promoted to Senior Manager of Technology in 2018.
